Vocal sensations and winners of season three of NBC’s The Sing-Off, Pentatonix, will headline this year’s Market Street Allen USA Celebration, set for Saturday, June 28, at Celebration Park. Originally from Arlington, TX, Pentatonix has twice toured North America selling out hot spots all over the country as well as all across Europe. It’s shaping up to be a huge summer for the band who will perform for a Market Street Allen USA crowd that has exceeded 85,000 in recent years.
Highlights from the entertainment lineup to join Pentatonix include Chinatown, a high energy dance band with a rock influence, and a special presentation from The 4Troops, a band made up of United States combat veterans who served on the front lines in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Then the skies will once again light up with one of the largest fireworks displays in North Texas, presented by Harley-Davidson of Dallas.
Other activities to enjoy include the Community Stage featuring more live entertainment, the Kid Zone with a multitude of bounce houses and play structures plus a Kid Craft Tent. A number of concessionaires will be on site selling all of your favorite festival foods and snacks. New additions this year include a Military Zone, Teen Zone and CVB Cool Zone. Weather permitting, a hot air balloon will be inflated during the day offering tethered rides during the event, and a Hot Air Balloon Glow after sunset.
